    Great idea with the salmon.
    One of my ideas for a dinner or lunch is to buy a roasted chicken or 2. Use the chicken for lettuce wraps with lots of cut veg avocado etc. I will also make a mayo/sour cream or yogurt garlic paprika lime and hot sauce. I will also have tortillas with it for anyone who wants the carbs.
    A popular drink I put out is sparking water. But I use frozen and half thawed raspberries and strawberries peaches to put in the bottom of the glass. Really good.
    A fantastic and delicious protein cookie and extremely easy is an almond flour lemon zest egg white cookies.
    3 cups almond flour
    2 whites
    Zest of 2 lemons
    1 cup sugar
    Form into 1 inch thick rectangles
    Bake 350
    10 to 12 min.
    Let cool 5 min. Then roll in icing sugar.
    You can use any sugar that is fine.

    If it makes you feel any better, you are a giant compared to me. I am 5ft 1/2 inch. Amazingly, I've not started shrinking. I will be 62 in a couple of months. I'm glad you are feeling better today. My son and daughter work different shifts and I am home all day. I make 2 or 3 things and that gets us through the week, especially since my daughter is super super picky. Most of the time she just buys her own things. She is that picky. She his 30, I can't fix her diet.
